The guesthouse is situated on a beautiful 700 square metre block, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and featuring a refreshing pool and BBQ area. Summary: This property is a beautiful oasis in Darwin. Modern, everything you would need for a great stay. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning welcome in the heat and the pool is gorgeous and was well ised by our family. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. I would just like to point out though that 2 of the bedrooms anf 1 bathroom are in seperate area to the main kitchen, lounge and main bedroom. This.might be an ossue if you had young kids you wanted close but was absolutely fine for my 12, 14 and 15 yo's.

Summary: Excellent central location and nice and modern. Pool was great. We didn’t understand that the minor bedrooms were in a separate building to the main bedroom which caused some stress with small children. Kitchen enabled home cooking but wasn’t overly well appointed. Would stay again but probably best for multiple couples or families with older children.

Summary: Loved our stay, modern x1 bed fully self contained granny flat, privacy we had, but main house right there, you can absolutely move in with your bags only, outdoor living with a gorgeous pool to wake up to and come home to !! However, booked in with x2 adults x2 tweenagers, queried 3bed, no extra linen, couches saggy, needs updating, perhaps pullout lounge. Car parked in shared driveway with electrical unlocked windows down, not inviting. Overall 6/10, if just a couple and do your research, amazing little flat, Thanku !!

Summary: The tropical house with a pool is an amazing home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. The host was kind and approachable. I have suggested to the host that a dryer during the wet season would be a good addition to the house. We will definitely stay there again the next time we travel to Darwin.

Summary: Property was great for our family holiday to Darwin for golf. Location was perfect with an easy drive into the City, Mindil Beach Markets, shopping centres and the golf courses we played. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults, rooms were good with air conditioning and fans which was needed in the hot weather. The owners were great! Very easy going, friendly and helpful… Would definitely stay again if we go back!…
