Summary: My only very minor gripe I had was that whichever staff cleaned the room since the previous guest forgot to include bath towels. Like, the wash cloths and hand towels weren't missed. It was only a minor inconvenience that was easily resolved. Also, please note: the front desk attendant did a very good job quickly resolving this and should be praised by their manager.

Summary: Nice hotel, Erin the front desk lady was incredible!! Extremely friendly and helpful, Breakfast was good. Room was good, but the sheets smelled like they were used and never washed, and in the fridge there was food left from the previous costumer. Other than that was a very good place.

Summary: Our room was Dirty upon arrival. They said they would clean it top to bottom but still had some spots that were not cleaned. Staff was nice. There’s hardly any chairs in the pool area for people to sit.

Summary: The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they kindly allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early so we could get settled. They checked our room and found a problem and moved us to another room. I don't think they checked this one. This room was fine, but on closer inspection, the bathroom floor appeared not to have been swept. The shower floor appeared to have needed to be scrubbed, and the rubber splash guard had mold on it, so we ended up not showering. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The carpeting in the hallways had been vacuumed with the exception of the doorways where it would take a little more effort to clean. They were dusty and had collected small pieces of odds and ends. I liked the clean lobby area where the small breakfast offerings were standard fare for a free breakfast, and there were many options for seating. They had a pool table, small gym and a pool, for guests who wanted to use them. The staff member who was cleaning up the breakfast area was delightful. She was efficient, but also very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience was average there for an overnight stay, but I would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness.
