2 Bedroom Condo in Arcadian Shores, Myrtle Beach

Completely updated and designer furnished large penthouse corner unit at the exclusive Kingston Plantation Resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 private balconies. Interior was recently updated to remove all "popcorn" ceilings and replaced with smooth!
Please note that this is a fully non-smoking condo.
Huge Master Bedroom suite features a lighted, pedestal King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features steam shower and double vanity.
The large Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds, one bunk bed, a private balcony and separate entrance. Guest Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub.
Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with 12 acres of freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, mature trees, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, one-half mile of white sand, secluded beach and 24/7 gated and roaming security.
All furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

Summary: This condo is as described in the listing, with great views and lots of room. I've stayed in this building many times before and this is one of the nicer units I've experienced. The owner was communicative and gracious, allowing me an early check-in - very easy to work with. The condo was fairly well-stocked overall, although some of the cabinets/drawers could use a bit more organization - a minor thing but worth thinking about. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd certainly stay there again. Note: A huge bonus of renting through Vrbo (and not through Kingston Plantation) is avoiding the $30 daily "amenity fees" that the resort charges.

Summary: Our host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The property had beautiful views and was in a great location. We loved that the beach was steps away! The condo was spacious, clean, and as advertised. My family and I had a fun and relaxing vacation! I can't wait to plan another trip!

Summary: The condo was spacious with great views from all 4 balconies! Robert was very polite and answered all questions we had. We spent a LOT of time in the room as we were there during Tropical Storm Debby 2024, so it was great to be able to spread out. Kids enjoyed having a spacious area to hang out without adults. Would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Summary: Had a great stay at this South Hampton Penthouse condo in Kingston plantation, the views were unbeatable and the place was comfortable. Communication with Robert was great, very timely in his responses. We had no issues for the week. We will be renting again in September this year.
