Positive: Very nice personal. We slept like babies in the room.

Negative: A little small room, and not a lot of space for packing out clothes. But it was expected for this price.

Positive: Property was really comfortable nice at a good location had numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby . Had a really good kitchen .very colorful building very attractive

Negative: The only thing that can be improved is make your room a bit of more value , you can simply add mirror for startups some tissues and some water in fridge or some towels for free not by charging .

Summary: This place was underrated it’s really fine place but requires few improvements

Positive: This was such a positive surprise. So close to the train station, so close to the bamboo forest. Effectively a private apartment. So good that it would be difficult to improve. Will definitely be back

Positive: We stayed in location 2, which was a nice surprise because it was so close to all of the sightseeing in Arashiyama and the train station. We checked in at location 1 and then the hosts drove us and our luggage to location 2 and showed us around which was helpful The hostel was clean and modern with good facilities and a comfortable room. The communal spaces are really nice.

Negative: The communication from our hosts could have been a little better. We didn’t realise we would be met on the street and chauffeured to another location! It was a bit of surprise - fine but would have been nicer to know ahead of time. There is a little bit of noise from the train line which goes on quite late into the night, which might bother a light sleeper. Towels and luggage storage come at an additional cost/
