There is one parking space and Beach access within 2 short blocks. Enjoy upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few steps away on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Condo overlooks a botanical court yard. Full of tourist attraction and romantic opportunities.

Summary: Apartment is in a great location and has everything you might need. Safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and Atlantic Avenue shops and restaurants. Internet was a little spotty while we were there but otherwise the stay was great.

Summary: Nice property. Host was very responsive. Walked to beach and restaurants. As noted in other reviews, mattress is soft and sinks in the middle. Free chair and umbrella is a nice perk, but only good for 2 people. If you have more than 2 people, you will have to pay for another chair.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this cute 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. The unit was very clean and the owner responded quickly to all communications. There was only one key to the unit that we had to share all week. It would have been easier to have a keypad to access the unit.

Summary: Unit was as described. Spotless and comfortable. Had some trouble with the windows. They are basically impossible to open, so fresh air isn't really an option. Beach pass a huge and appreciated plus. Soap and shampoo not supplied but think that was just a housekeeping oversight. All other basics were provided. Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, dishes, towels, etc. Two blocks from beach and two blocks from Atlantic Ave. make walking the easiest option to all the local attractions. Would definitely return next year.

Summary: Everything about this place was awesome. The place was clean and very well stocked. Anything you could possibly need was available. Location was perfect and restaurants and shops were all walkable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future.
