Summary: Everything was wonderful, with the exception of the dishwasher (which desperately needs to be replaced). We had to repair the drawer holding the plates, pots/pans etc. every time we used the dishwasher. The beds were just the right softness/firmness, and every room was immaculate and well maintained. We loved that there was a private grill on the patio, which we used to grilled steaks. We would definitely request this condo for a return visit.

Summary: We came down from Arkansas with a group. Each family stayed at different locations and met up each day on the beach. Our unit was fantastic. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The air and appliances worked perfectly. Navarre Beach is our style of relaxed, and we could drive into Pensacola for a birthday celebration. Gulf Properties is the perfect agency to work with. We have already decided there is no other place to stay and no other people to work with when it comes to beach vacations! Thanks for a perfect July Fourth trip!

Summary: This place was awesome and the process was super simple. The home and amenities were great and the location was convenient. It was just a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was friendly and had lots of information to pass along. I only wish we could've stayed longer.

Summary: This property was a short walk to the beach. It was just as described. We were able to check in an hour early, which was a nice treat. Having the washer and dryer in the main bathroom was so nice, as we could come in from the beach and throw our wet bathing suits in and give them a wash. We loved everything about this unit, from being so close to the beach, to having an outdoor shower and a water hose at the front door to be able to rinse off before entering the unit, to being able to grill out and everything in between, it was a sweet family time!
