Our lovely first floor condo is located in
Palm Manor Resort, just 2 miles to the
beaches of Manasota Key, some of the best
white sand beaches for you to enjoy. There are
grocery stores and restaurants within walking
distance from the condo.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly refinished condo
has everything you will need for your stay. There’s
a brand new fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric
stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a
full sized washer & dryer. All bed linens and bath towels. Beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella.
are provided. There is basic cable tv in the main living
area and dedicated Wi-Fi/internet from in unit router for your entertainment needs.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed, ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. The master
bath has a large shower and bath combination.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan
and large closet. There is a private screened lanai
accessible from the front and the master bedroom.
Palm Manor has a large, newly refinished heated
Pool. Umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool.
For when you want to enjoy the Florida sun.
Near the pool is a shuffleboard court. There is
dedicated Wi-Fi in the condo.
There are also outdoor grills that
you can use as well as the public greenspace.
There is a lot to see and do in Englewood from biking,
golfing, kayaking, hiking or shopping. There are many
different area beaches to enjoy from Englewood Beach
to Stump Pass State Park. Enjoy all the various water
activities as well, swimming, fishing, boating, jet-skiing,
snorkeling, shelling and dolphin watching. Don’t forget

Summary: The location of this condo was great. Very close to shopping, great restaurants and music. Farlow’s (within walking distance) is especially wonderful. The pool area is right outside the lanai and a great place to meet other residents. The condo had all amenities needed. Wendy responded promptly to all questions.

Summary: This condo was on the ground floor right by the pool! Very clean and very well stocked! The location of this complex is walking distance to Publix and Winn Dixie. Is just a quick drive to the beaches at Englewood. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived and the owner took care of it immediately! Great communication before arrival and during our stay with the owner. This complex has many very friendly residents with a good amount of activities. We would definitely stay here again!
