Summary: The apartment was bright, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It's also very convenient for Carrefour (2 minutes walk) and the lake front (4 minutes walk). The view from the sunny balcony is beautiful. Jean-Pierre is a charming host and really made us feel welcome. We had a lovely week.

Summary: We loved our stay in Annecy in this apartment, especially using the bicycles on the great cycle tracks around the lake. Eating our meals on the balcony was great but chairs a little uncomfortable. The lake is only about 5 minutes walk away and a bus to centre of Annecy just around the corner, also a Carrefour supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. The apartment was lovely and clean but cutlery could do with renewing.
