Positive: They upgraded our room to a beautiful multiroom apartment on the 32nd floor. The view was incredible! Although it was raining, we spent some time relaxing on the spacious balcony. It included bar stools, table with umbrella and fairy lights. Inside there are 3 spacious bedrooms with two beds in each. The common room was suitable for entertaining and eating. There was one bathroom with a large shower and washing machine. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied for cooking. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Positive: Host was really responsive, sometimes the communication was a bit unclear but they had good patience and attitude to understand. There was lots of space in the flat for our family and we were able to do our laundry as the clothes dried quite quickly in the apartment with the air con and drying fans in the bathroom. We also appreciated the extra facilities like the luggage store and use of a bathroom after checking it

Negative: The rooms could be cleaner, the sink wasn’t clean in the flat but they cleaned it the next day and there was dust under the beds. We also had to be careful not to flush too much toilet tissue at the same time as this would block the toilet. The description stated that we had an extra bed in the smaller room but it didn’t have it, we managed by having the kids share the double bed in the end.

Summary: We had a great stay in the apartment, it was really central with easy access to the metro

Positive: The location from airport and Disneyland. And there is a free shuttle to and fro airport and Disneyland. And I really like the delicious breakfast. The room is also Spacey and clean . My daughter likes the warm toilet seat. It's helpful when the weather is cold

Negative: The wi fi doesn't reach my room which was on the 5th floor. So to get a strong signal, I have to go to the reception area
