Summary: The unit was perfect for our needs: close to a Metro station, in a nice neighborhood w/plenty of restaurants nearby and comfortable. The host was very helpful when navigating the check in process. The one thing we would change is having a toaster instead of an air fryer. 😊

Summary: After a very quick move to the city for a new job, I stayed here for 3 weeks while looking for an apartment. The apartment is pretty much exactly as described, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious, and overall it really works as a place to stay if you’re getting out to see the city. My only issue was the lack of natural light in the bedrooms, since I was there so long I ended up installing smart lighting in 2 lamps and it made all the difference in my quality of sleep. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. Overall an excellent stay and I would definitely use this again for guests or temporary housing,

Summary: Overall we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will say, we didnt spend a lot of time there, as we spent most of our days exploring DC. But this place was perfect for that as it was so close to the metro (which saved us a ton in parking alone!). The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend.

Summary: Elizabeth's spot is an awesome home away from home getaway. The amenities are super chic- I got to visit the rooftop pool twice and there's a courtyard I think nobody knows about that was perfect for morning coffee. I only explored on foot to look for food and the options are plentiful. Wish I had more than a weekend- it was the perfect combination of tucked away but very convenient.

Summary: Great location near DC. Right on the Metro which made travel easy into town. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Couldnt asked for a better place for the family.

Summary: This apartment works well for a small family/friends. There are two bedrooms-- one with a curtain door-- and neither with a window to the outside. Despite that, the bigger bedroom does mange to get filtered light through the tinted window to the light livingroom. Good functional kitchen, with the added benefit of a few spices. Comfortable bed, large soaking tub, washer and dryer. Pool and fitness room in the adjacent building. Communication with Jen was helpful. We had a mix-up about arrival time and Jen responded promptly to my 1am arrival call. She then made sure to follow up the next day to make sure all was well, and to help with making sure we got the pool/gym info. Parking was fairly easy to find on street-- 2 hour spots that seemed to be fine stretching a little longer than that in the evening. Good restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to highways. All in all, a good spot for what we needed. Would stay again.

Summary: Apartment was very clean and well kept. Owner was kind, helpful and very responsive to questions. The accommodations were perfect for our family (couple and 1 kid). Plenty of parking across the street and Metro is conveniently located 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is safe. We would stay here again.

Summary: Overall the stay was good because of family. The unit was not clean and smoky smelling. Was informed prior to arrival of broken couch which left me in at challenging position. Loved the location and accessibility to the unit. The parking on the street was limited.
