Summary: This was our second time staying at this apartment. It is just perfect for us and is beautifully maintained. It’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Kirkland and not far from Bellevue. We are frequently in the area and hope to stay again. The cleaners arrived just as we were leaving and they graciously carried our bags up the stairs to our car. Nice touch!

Summary: We loved the condo. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of a death in the family and the owner was extremely cooperative. Great communication and very nice amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: Unfortunately we were not in the area for a "fun" vacation but rather preparing an elderly family member for a move to another state. However, if we had been, this apartment is centrally located yet in a beautiful neighborhood area, the owners are very responsive and all the basics were in the apartment to just walk in and be comfortable. We would definitely stay again. My only heads up is that when we viewed the photos online, the second bedroom had a single bed in it which was perfect for us but we arrived, the second bedroom had a pull out couch. The couch bed was very comfortable but it made for a very small room when open and the desk basically unusable. I would highly recommend this apartment.
