Summary: This is our 4th year at Lake Daze and we will be back. The house is perfectly located on a finger of Claytor Lake. They have everything we need inside the house--sheets, towels, crockpot. We stock up at the local Walmart for groceries and never leave except for a rare excursion to Roanoke. We float, fish, swim, dive and kayak all week. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: This was our third year staying at this property and it was amazing as always. To be honest, I never left the house the whole week! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, fishing, swimming, diving, kayaking, and just relaxing in general. It's so nice to have everything we need at the house--a full kitchen (including a crockpot!), clean restrooms, and bedrooms. We will be back!

Summary: Our family loved our stay at this house. Shelly and her father are very nice, and the communication was great. The house itself is very, very clean and has all of the amenities in the listing. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need, so we were able to cook all of our meals rather than going out although there are several restaurants relatively close by. Grocery store selection may be a little limited depending on what you are used to at home, so we were happy to have brought some items with us. My kids caught a ton of fish off of the dock and roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. We rented a boat as suggested, which was also a great experience. All in all, a wonderful trip! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on Lake Claytor! The property was fully-stocked with everything we needed! We cooked all our meals, had plenty of room to gather together around the table, grilled steaks, played board games, enjoyed sitting on the dock, and having access to everything we wanted on TV! Everyone loved the newly renovated shower! It was so nice to have such a beautiful house to gather! Thank you, hosts!!
