Summary: after reading the directions from the property manager, everything was seamless and easy. walkable to great foods and shops, and everything was super clean! great for a few days of remote work too.

Summary: The owners communicated regularly and responded to my messages almost immediately. It was a perfect place for us and we would consider renting it again in the future. Great location.

Summary: The apartment did have a lot of stairs, we were good but if you have knee problems this might be a concern. The apartment was fully equipped with all you would need. It was very clean and has AC :) All in all a great place to stay for 2 people. We walked to most places to eat and shop. Had a lovely time.

Summary: My husband and I came to Portland to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were extremely happy with this apartment! It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous. Perfect for what we needed! It’s a nice walk to downtown, the ports, the water, all the great restaurants and bars... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Summary: It was a great way to kick off the start to my wife and I’s 10 year anniversary, touring New England as we did on our honeymoon originally. The apartment suited our needs very well, was clean and tidy but had some character, and was located within walking distance of everything we wanted to check out. The owner / property manager helped us out with a TV/Roku issue extremely promptly when I contacted via email. We enjoyed our stay immensely and know we’ll be back to Portland in the future.

Summary: This was our second trip to Maine, we chose this apartment based on location. We were not disappointed, the area seems nice, easy access to downtown. Ioan was great, very easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions. Apartment was exactly as described. I will say that the water pressure isn’t good but that didn’t bother us. Overall a great stay!!! Would recommend.
