Summary: We were there for a UC graduation. House is only 20 minutes from UC depending on traffic. It seats on a corner lot, quite neighborhood but busy main street which didn't bother us. Very clean, nicely decorated and loved the Christmas tree, manger extra seasonal touches. Very well stocked better than any VRBO I've ever stayed in. Only advice if mobility issues bring bathmat or portable shower chair for the really nice master shower, brother was a little nervous in it(no bars). My nephew only lives 6miles away will be renting this house again! Check out Jungle Jims just up the street, it's an experience !

Summary: Early Christmas with our kids. House is clean, beds are extremely comfortable. We walked in to find the home decorated for Christmas! Check in was easy and house is close to everything you need. We would definitely stay again.
