Welcome to our Lavish Lake Home on this “exclusive” quiet and peaceful setting---
Location is everything…OK not everything, but luckily this cottage has all the premium features to go along with the perfect location, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops and it bubbles with all the latest design trends, built in 1994 and just remodeled. The house is on a flat lot located in historic and tranquil Old Orchard Point on the East side of Conesus Lake. Your family will feel like they have traveled back in time as neighbors walk the point road in the evenings, kids laughing, biking and family’s just enjoying their time together. No worries about the busy road traffic since our private road has few vehicles. The perfect location for a family on the water!
Come enjoy some well-deserved 'downtime' and 'recharge'. Fish from our dock, paddle around in our kayaks, bring a boat, or rent one of ours and join the fun on the water! Grill up your fresh catch on the deck and or sit back and relax on the 3 season porch overlooking the water and docks. The sunsets are amazing.
Our home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Everything is fresh, modern, new, and ready to enjoy. Every detail of this home was thought out to make it the perfect family vacation getaway for our family and YOURS! The home includes central air conditioning and the cottage has central heat too, just in case the nights get a little nippy.
Refresh in the romantic master suite located on the first floor that features a new queen bed with pillow-top mattress, chandelier, recently installed carpet, and HDTV. First floor bath has lovely dual vessel sinks and an exquisite shower for relaxing. Can also be used for grandparents to give them some privacy with first floor access.
Downstairs you will find a high ceiling great room with hardwood floors connected to a dining area and a full kitchen with an island bar. Above the gas log fireplace is a Smart HDTV (1080p). Comfy seating allows you to enjoy each other’s company, TV or just watching the water out the wall of windows.
The farm table will seat 8. The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, a brand new stainless steel gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other top-end appliances, everything you will need to prepare a great meal in the glow of the lake. The cottage has a full laundry area which includes a utility sink that is perfect for washing bathing suits, wiping sticky hands from s’mores, and cleaning the trophy-size fish of the day.
Upstairs you have another area to relax in a sitting room with two oversized chairs. You will find an assortment of books and games to have the perfect family time. There is another queen bed bedroom with pillow top mattress and HDTV. The kids' room features 2 twin pillow top mattress bunk beds with a fun fish theme as well as HDTV--- can also house teenagers/adults too. There is another full bath with double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
French doors off the family room lead to the 3 season room that gives you another spot for your family to relax in. The large room features an 8 person sectional and a game table for a quick round of checkers or a game of chess. Outside features include additional comfy seating on the patio, a gas grill for true summertime meals, 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, a dock perfect for a boat or to fish off of, and a fire pit for evening campfires.
This house has parking for 4 cars plus room for a boat trailer (offsite parking for a trailer is available too).

Summary: This is my third time staying at this property. It’s well maintained with beautiful views of the lake. The hosts are excellent and left us treats! This was a long weekend staycation for myself and several friends. We enjoyed the views, fireplace, large table for crafts and meals, well equipped kitchen and smart TV. We look forward to returning in the future!

Summary: Peaceful and relaxing, lots of laughing. Enjoyed the campfire the first evening. Went for a nice walk and had a massage therapist come and we got neck and shoulder massages. Dinner at Ember (highly recommend) and brunch at Galenes (hopefully they will get better at the brunch thing). Hope to do it again in the spring and visit another Finger Lake Lots of thought and organization has gone into this rental, most impressive one for us for sure. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: The home was perfect for our stay. The host had home made chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived. The view is awesome. We didn’t use the lake at all but loved the view. Wished we could have stayed longer. The downstairs master was perfect for my older brother and the two upstairs bedrooms and bath were perfect for my son and myself. The area is convenient to some close restaurants and a Wegmans grocery store. The house had everything we could possibly need. Would love to stay again sometime.

Summary: The property was better than the pictures. Place was spotless upon arrival. There were homemade cookies and wine on counter upon arrival. ( neither lasted very long). We rented one of the owners pontoon boats for the week. It was at dock when we arrived. Glenn and Lorrie showed up to give us a once over on the boat. wonderful folks. Gave us the skinny on places to eat and things to do. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend. Will be back. Thanks Jack

Summary: It is hard to call this a cottage when it is really a home. It has everything you could want - relaxing atmosphere, great kitchen with lots of counter space, plenty of pots, pans, dish ware, and many small appliances. The living and dining areas worked very well for our family. We could easily fit 10 of us around the table. The sun porch room was one of our favorite hang outs, besides the patio right at the water's edge. The entire space is up to date in furnishings and amenities. The weather was a little cool and windy, plus the smoke filled atmosphere from fires burning in Canada, interfered with taking advantage of the kayaks and canoe. The hosts are always available and very responsive. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you Lorrie and Glen.
