Positive: I arrived late and it was very nice to be able to get into the building without having to coordinate with another person. The room was very clean and the space was inviting. The balcony view was wonderful. Parking was good and it was located in a very walkable area. Would love to return here.
Negative: The instructions were fine but the door itself was sticky and very difficult to get into the lobby to collect the keys. I mentioned this to maintenance so hopefully itโ€™s been resolved but was very frustrating late at night when I first arrived.
Summary: This was a great property in a nice part of town, was very pleased overall.

Positive: The unit itself was nice. Sterile, but nice for one night. Bed was comfortable. The unit was clean. The location to Bank of America Stadium was great. Also this unit was within walking distance of several restaurants and pubs.
Negative: Check in time was 4pm. Upon our arrival, about 4:10pm, we went to the concierge for the key. The key was not in the lockbox. As we were asking about the key, the cleaning person walked up and said she had just finished cleaning the unit and gave us our key (after verifying the PIN) Since we had never been here before, we asked the concierge about parking. Her directions were not clear and it was hard to know whether we had parked on the appropriate level. Also, there were notices in the elevator that the parking garage would be power cleaned the next day and cars would be towed if they were not moved by 9am. When we arrived in our unit, the floor was still wet from being mopped. The icemaker did not work on the refrigerator. The balcony overlooked Bank of America Stadium and active railroad tracks. There were two straight back chairs on the balcony and no table which seemed odd, since this unit includes "balcony" in the description. The bedroom is on the same side as the balcony. Several freight trains ran throughout the night. Prior to our arrival and until approximately 7:30am the morning of our departure, I received at least 4 emails/text messages "reminding" us that we MUST check out prior to 10am or there could be an additional charge. The constant reminders caused us to cut our morning very short in order to comply. The distance from this unit to the elevator and then the garage was at least 10 minutes, It's mandatory to leave the parking pass inside the unit. Which meant making the trek to the garage with luggage and then returning to the unit to leave the parking pass, in hopes that our car would not be towed, because there was no longer a parking pass in the window. We were unable to park in a "new resident" spot because there were none available. There was unnecessary pressure to adhere to the many rules set forth by the management company. This impacted what otherwise was a pleasant stay.
