We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

Summary: It had everything I needed for a months stay. I used my own sheets because I’m spoiled but the towels were great. I did my laundry without issue. There are plenty of channels on the tv but I plugged in my fire stick with no issue.

Summary: This property is perfect if you want to be north of Dallas, in a nice quiet area with easy access to all the surrounding areas. There was not a lot of traffic here. The unit was sufficient for our short stay. Mostly clean, but a little tired in the finishes. Watch out for the slippery bathtub. The AC went out on our last day, the owners were very responsive and fixed it within a few hours. The water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable.

Summary: I had such a wonderful time. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that I had a kitchenette that was fully capable of heating up food and keeping my leftovers in the refrigerator. I cannot stress enough that quite often that the bed is subpar, but that was not the case here. I slept so soundly. The location is Central to anything that you want to do in Dallas, which is Often difficult because the city is so spread out. The host checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay. Parking was very easy. Laundry laundry was free. I definitely will be coming back again.

Summary: Location was perfect for a visit with my new grandson. Efficiency apartment was very clean and I felt safe there, given concerns about the coronavirus. The apt. Is well furnished for a short stay. I spent most days with my family, but kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I loved walking around the neighborhood in the mornings —despite construction projects on nearly every block. I look forward to returning. Thanks Jerry and Joan for providing a safe and comfortable apartment!

Summary: Great location. This was my second time staying at this property (different unit) while visiting family and it works for me. As noted, the heating and cooling are centrally controlled, and while I would probably have had it a little cooler than it was at night, it wasn’t really an issue. Clean, comfortable and convenient.
