Centrally Located Close to Almost Everything - Very Clean - Fully Furnished - good closet space - kitchen with all the cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery needed - Free utilities, cable TV, WiFi, on-site parking, laundry facilities and even a private mailbox. The apartment has been recently refurbished from top to bottom with a convenient workspace.

Katy Trail, Only three blocks away, it is a 15 mile long walking, jogging and biking trail
We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

Summary: Apt was clean; response was good for a minor unexpected pipe drip leak (not a fault of the owner; these things occur; i know; we, too, have apts for rent and things come up); overall, the apt met our needs; it was in a very good location, near restaurants, freeway, etc. Apt is basic 2nd story spacious one bedroom apt; would recommend it.

Summary: If you are visiting Dallas, give this place a try. It is a large, comfortable apartment in a great location. There are good restaurants within walking distance and the Katy trail is less than one-half mile away. Downtown Dallas is also close.
