Summary: This place is truly special. The loft is large and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The outdoor deck space is huge for a downtown condominium. The location is perfect, one block off of Scottsdale Rd / Old Town Scottsdale. Easy walking access to restaurants, bars, anything else you might want. The host is amazing, she goes out of her way to make sure your experience is perfect. I would definitely recommend this property..

Summary: Wow is all we can say! The space, the location and the host were all amazing. The loft is incredible, spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and relax, and the views from the massive terrace are exceptional. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums, and grocery stores. The building is clean, quiet and very safe. And Kelly is the friendliest and most responsive VRBO host we have ever experienced. She replied promptly to all our questions, met us upon arrival despite our late flight and routinely checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, an amazing space to spend our winter in the AZ sunshine.

Summary: Our stay for the past four months was perfect in every way. Our host went above and beyond by making sure the loft was appointed with everything we would want to be comfortable, and she would check in along our stay to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could do. I think that having a host that really cares makes the stay so much better. This loft has everything you would want for an amazing vacation...location, very comfortable, quiet, excellent building amenities, and secure. The living areas have tons of seating, and the patio is enormous. Perfect for a drink with a spectacular view of the mountains. The location is A+! Walk to everything you need/want, Old Town restaurants, Fashion Square Mall, Harkins Theatre and great walking trails. We looked at a number of places on VRBO for our stay in Scottsdale and this loft was far and away the best choice.
