Positive: Clean, spacious apartment with good facilities overall. Good location for the beach, old town, shopping and markets.
Negative: Noisy as on a main road. Fans not really sufficient to keep it nice and cool. No iron. We had an issue getting in as the app to unlock the doors didn’t work as there was an issue with the WiFi. FeelFree staff were helpful in getting it sorted quite quickly and set up a temporary WiFi.
Summary: Very nice apartment in good location, but on a noisy road

Positive: Lovely, roomy apartment, well-equipped for 2 couples. Convenient central location, close to all amenities with small supermarket close by. Busy tree-lined road, but quiet once inside. Excellent communication from Feel Free Rentals and downloadable information relating to the flat, even including manuals for kitchen appliances.
Negative: Check in involved downloading an app and getting a code sent via bluetooth. Once we had worked it out (and gone to the correct flat) then everything worked a treat, but we were delighted to find 2 sets of physical keys. We thought we had lucked out with the lovely hamper and bottle of wine until we realised that both had a price tag! A nice touch if you want to treat yourselves, but the supermarket had plenty of cheaper options.

Positive: apartment lovely but horrific noise with workmen literally looking into our apartment on scaffolding. scaffolding being erected our entire trip. no warning of this. I sent video evidence but was asked to send again. I also sent photo of workmen literally at eye level of our apartment. Debris on balcony etc. v disappointed and first time ever to complain. first time too giving poor review but there has been a lack of response. Disappointed.
Negative: horrific noise with scaffolding and workmen literally looking into apartment. debris onto balcony. stones, concrete etc. no warning of this whatsoever

Positive: The property was well-located — close to many restaurants, a bakery, and a 12-minute walk to Concha Beach. A 15-minute walk to the Old Town. There is a Carrefour next door. It was also close to a parking garage. The apartment itself was very clean, quiet, well-stocked, and the staff responsive to our questions.
Negative: The bathrooms are not adjoining to the bedrooms. One of them was small, with a tight shower stall.
