Beautifully updated 4 bedroom 2 story pool house.
Welcome to this beautiful property. You and your guests will enjoy the entire house to yourself.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 and half baths.
Absolutely NO Parties or Loud music allowed!! If you break these house rules, you will immediately be removed with $0 refund.
Every bedroom is connected to a bathroom for convenience. Close to everything Tampa has to offer. Approximately 20 minutes to Bush Gardens and Adventure Island and 30 minutes to Clearwater beach. 45 minutes to Orlando.
Community/Public park 2 minutes walking distance from the house. Leaving the house, at stop sign make a left until the end and park is on the left.
Note: Jacuzzi not heated, not functional.

Summary: Nice property, excellent location, beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nature. Just couple of minutes driving to Costco, Citrus Shopping Center and the freeways to Clearwater, Sarasota Beach. Definitely we’ll be back

Summary: The house was great!! It was in a nice neighborhood and had a loot of space for us to relax. I wanted the water in the showers to be a little hotter, but with families staying there I understand that too hot of water can be a liability.

Summary: Pros: Beautiful location - conveniently situated, large open living space, great yard, nice pool, outdoor living space, nice bedrooms with ample bathrooms, friendly & communicative owner. Cons: Dishwasher not functioning, pool not super clean, inadequate hot water at kitchen sink.

Summary: We had a great time. We book staycations at least one weekend a month. Unlike the first review the house and sheets were clean. We didn't experience any problems with bathrooms etc. Everybody's experiences won't be the same. For the price point of this property. It met our expectations. We would definetly come back to stay again.
