Summary: Really loved this place. Very Clean. The location is tucked away from neighbors in a lush setting. The spot is centrally located for easy access to all NJ and PA have to offer. Our contact person was readily available for any of our needs. Only negative comment on this property was the Water Pressure. Don't expect a great shower.

Summary: The property was exactly as I expected, with the following exceptions: The bathtub, shower basin, and toilets were rust-stained from the well water. My sister lives in the area and also has well water, but these items are not stained in her home. The pool was green when we arrived and the water level was too low. It was not "fixed" until the 5th day of our 7 day stay. In the garage, the Indoor lights and garage doors were not working either. Although the owner worked as quickly as he probably could to resolve the issues, our stay was interrupted by an electrician, a water truck (but the driver would not fill the pool without cash on delivery and no one was around to give it), someone using the water hose to fill the pool which lowered the pressure in the house so much, no one could get a shower, and someone coming by working on the chemical balance of the pool. One of the primary reasons I selected this property for my family was the pool. If I had known it wasn't going to be working, I would have spent my money elsewhere. You would think the owner would have at least returned some of the money because of the pool. But, he didn't offer and I shouldn't have to ask.

Summary: The house was like pictures . Jim came and got the grill working for us so that was all great. The hot tub wasn’t filled so we didn’t use it . The pool was great. Communication was great . Hoping to get our cleaning deposit back. We cleaned and left sheets in laundry room like mark told us.

Summary: The cleanliness of the place I would rate a 2.5 out of 5. You could tell whoever cleans the home doesn’t have an eye for detail. The inside of the kitchen cabinets were “grubby”, inside parts of the refrigerator - also grubby, the bottom of the shower was gross, the outside bbq grill hadn’t been cleaned (a former review mentioned that they also found a dirty grill with left over sausage in it)- I specifically asked about the grill before we booked and mentioned this and was met with a curt “the grill was taken care of”. Well, it was just as dirty when we arrived and we didn’t touch it for the week we were there. It took 1 hr and 8 mins to receive a response from the host on how to lock the door while my family sat in the car waiting. The host seemed very money hungry. He called me offering for us to arrive two days earlier than planned because his other client cancelled- we declined because we had to work. Then on day of check out due to bad thunderstorms, our daughters games were delayed by 7 hours and I contacted the host asking if we could check out by 3pm, rather than at 12noon. He said he would have to charge us an additional $100.00, then I said if $100, could we then leave at 4pm, he responded with he would need to charge $200 more. We did not take him up on his offer and checked out at 11am and stored our things with a friend until we finished our soccer game at 2.55pm. Overall this was not a pleasant experience for us, and no, we will not be rebooking here.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. We loved the pool and game area in the garage. The house itself was spacious and met our needs. The deck area was very nice as well. The owners of the property were extremely nice and very attentive to our needs. There are a few things to note/suggestions for the property: 1.) The couch in the living room has a distinct pet smell. 2.) The main bathroom shower needs a curtain liner 3.) The garage area could be a little bit cleaner

Summary: The owner was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns raised. Unfortunately the pool was not open yet, but we are considering another stay already when it is open. They had plenty to do. The hot tub was available, they had a pool table, ping pong table and fooseball table available. My daughter and I enjoyed a good game of ping pong. The location is close to stores. If you have business at McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst, it is a quick drive to the base.

Summary: This property was beautiful! Inside the house was immaculate! However, the washer wasn't working (was replaced on our last night). Another negative was that the grill was disgusting ... it even had a sausage in it! That should have been cleaned! Other than that it was a very nice property!
