The House
The interior of the Vecchio Palmento, an ancient wine mill that has been skilfully restored, opens its doors to a refined 100 m² holiday home, perfectly embodying the combination of modern comfort and Sicilian authenticity. Guests can enjoy a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet, and two adjoining loft sleeping areas. The first has a comfortable double bed, while the second has a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. Obviously, the property is ideal for a single couple.
Central heating and air conditioning (except in the kitchen) ensure maximum comfort in all seasons.
Outside, the villa boasts two panoramic terraces on two levels, connected by a charming spiral staircase. The upper terrace of 100 square metres offers a patio with a barbecue area, dining table and relaxation area, perfect for outdoor entertainment under the starry Sicilian sky. The lower terrace, measuring 40 square metres, invites you to relax completely with a mini-spa equipped with a panoramic hot tub, offering unique moments of peace between chromotherapy, aromatherapy and the surrounding nature.
