Positive: Decor were decent, strong sun at balcony, great for drying clothes after washing (washing machine available and can use but dryer available but forbidden to use) Aircon was strong, lighting were great. Clean bedsheets. Easy check in/check out, next to food options and 24hrs minimart just opp. Swimming pool were great!
Negative: Ants infestation in the living room near the dining table. No rags or cloths available but we brought our own and try to clean and potential sweets left behind by previous tenants to no avail. Stains on sofa. Floor felt sticky. Can see water seepage in walls especially toilet (seems to be known problem with the condo). Maybe leave some cleaning tools to sweep hair etc.? And (this is not on the property) but the beach opposite is full of crows/ravens it's scary.

Positive: Great place and very clean and cozy. Nice area with a very big swimming pool and lots of restaurants and a shoppingmail. We will definitely come back again. Communication was very good and checkin very easy.

Positive: Fantastic villa, the neighborhood is amazing and very secured. My husband was working remotely and could easily attend calls and send big files. That's a 10/10 for Vacation Marbella.
