The charm of a discreet and comfortable shelter in a green setting: we offer you an authentic welcome, in a preserved natural space, in the heart of a residential area, on the edge of the city.
Unique: rent an independent house in a large garden (1200m2).
It is a small house (70 m2) on one level, U-shaped.
At the entrance, a large cedar counter where you can deposit your personal items and store your luggage.
In the West wing, an equipped kitchen offers you the best conditions for making your favorite recipes. A French window allows direct access to the garden, on the setting sun side.
In the central part, access a large living room where you can comfortably sit in deep leather armchairs, or lie on the sofa, to read, doze, or share a glass of wine.
A French window and the openwork entrance door let in the light and allow direct access to the terrace.
In the East wing you will experience a large King Size bed in a quiet room which opens onto a functional bathroom, through a sliding door.
The toilets are separate.
The design, orientation and materials used allow this new construction to reach a high level of comfort. The interior temperature is pleasant in all seasons thanks to optimal insulation. It is a traditional achievement that knew how to use the energy and environmental constraints of today.
Our rental is fully furnished and equipped.
Everything is included: linens, sheets, towels, cleaning products, water and electricity consumption, unlimited internet connection, cleaning at the end of the stay.

Summary: Wonderful host, ideal escape. House has everything and more. 2 minutes from Pézenas but seems like 10 miles away. Impeccably clean, well laid out, close to everything but the perfect peaceful home you want to return to at the end of the day. Parking a real plus along with easy communication with Didier. Thanks for waiting for us along with the wine and water. So thoughtful. Looking at dates for a return.

Summary: That’s how it felt, Didier was a wonderful host, nice finishing touches, wine, flowers, water and not stripped of useful things, oils, condiments , candles etc. Well equipped with a particularly useful shopping trolley with a supermarket less than a mile away, it’s the first time we have successfully shopped without using the car. We plan to return using a personal transfer, no car, we loved it.

Summary: This is one of the best holiday rentals that we've ever had. It started with the warm welcome from the owner Didier - even though we were two hours late - and the house had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. This includes the garden which provided some great relaxation space. Very accessible by road but an easy walk into town as well. So highly recommended.

Summary: Well equipped, bed a bit firm for us but duvet under the sheet helped. Great shower. Lots of storage space Seating area on the porch faces south, lovely but very hot, would be good to have a parasol maybe? Plenty of shade under trees. Easy walk into town. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Summary: Great location so close to Pezenas with its shops and restaurants as well as to the many interesting places in the region. Ideal for two and very well equipped, even down to the mosquito repellent which, during our stay, was essential (if not wholly preventative!!). One small improvement would be a little judicial pruning of the trees and plants along the route from entrance to parking spot as the sensors on our car went into overdrive!! All in all, a very enjoyable stay, thank you Didier.

Summary: As previous reviewers have said, this was a spacious well equipped property that it was a pleasure to return to after a day exploring the local area. Didier was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He was very kind to us. We were pleasantly surprised by the large garden that we had to ourselves with sunbeds, patio furniture and tables and chairs for lunches outside. There was plenty of shade. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden with a book. Thank you Didier for your hospitality.

Summary: Very well built and maintained with excellent kitchen/bathroom etc and very comfortable. Good TV with Netflix. Covered terrace was great for eating outside. A shady garden with trees for sitting under in hot weather. Close access to open countryside for walking.

Summary: The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is everything you need in the house , very well equipped and the WiFi was excellent. We had a really great holiday in Didier’s house. We were given a warm welcome by Didier who showed us around on our arrival , also a nice chilled bottle of Rose in the fridge was most welcome. Pezenas is easily walkable , about 15 minutes into the centre. The beaches are close by about 20 minutes drive to the nearest one in Mèze where they had a good sized market on a Thursday. There are great places to eat on the coast and also in Pezenas. We also visited Collioure which is probably worth a visit out of season as it was heaving when we went in early September. Don’t try to park in the town, there are car parks before you get to town and a free shuttle bus Also worth a visit is St Guilhem Le Desert, again park down along the road and get a free shuttle into the town. One of my favourite towns in France and to find this great house to stay in made for a brilliant, relaxing holiday. Thank you so much Didier we hope to return soon Rosie and Roy 😀
