Located in Val d' Isere, across the street from and overlooking the Village in Mammoth. Our Condo is adjacent to the Ski and Bike Back Trail!
Park your car right outside the front door and done for easy loading and unloading!~. Walk to the Village Gondola for early morning skiing. Enjoy the Finest Restaurants in Mammoth, Nightlife, and Shopping, all without having to drive. Parking is directly at our Front door....you Can literally park and not drive your entire Vacation.
Our Hot tub, Pool, Sauna is currently closed until it is rebuilt. No date yet.
We finally got our new living room furniture and we love the new leather! We have newly installed a 50" Curved Smart LG TV with access to Amazon Prime Videos, Showtime and Netflix to our guest over Suddenlink 200mbps internet.
Since our purchase, We completely remodeled our home and just finished the installation of new beautiful wood floors. New leather furniture June 2022.
Our home features Double Master bedrooms, with Super comfortable Beds, Feather Pillows and New 1000/1200 thread count sheets and luxurious 100% Egyptian towels.
The sheets and towels are all new and we get new sets often as our cleaners lose them.
The upstairs bedroom has a super comfortable King bed and features Tommy Bahama style furnishings and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed. Nice Towels and 1000 tread count sheets. .
Always freshly painted with Bamboo Wood or Hickory wood bath floors and Marble Showers. The Fireplace is Gas propane with Thermostat and Fans for convenient and efficient heating . . . The fireplace has a solid marble mantle and raised granite hearth with a 50' Samsung Curved Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime Videos and Nextflix for our guests over Suddenlink 300 mbps internet. . There is a Denon DVD/CD player and a small selection of music and DVD movies. We have a couple puzzles and cards for playing.
The kitchen features New Cabinets, Custom Granite Counter tops, All new appliances-GE flat surface Cook-top with Convection Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and new Refrigerator. We provide Dishes, Silverware, Glasses and Cookware, paper towels and toilet paper. New this month is Calphalon cookware.
Original artworks accents our home. We have a new boot dryer right next to our ski lift chair!
Our home is an upper condo, with one unit below, so pretty quiet.
We have the fastest wi-fi available and computer table with chair.
We do offer repeat discounts to our valued friends who have stayed before.
We welcome you to stay with us!
Please respect our No Pets/Smoking. Please respect our home. This is not a party rental. Maximum number of guests are Four.
If additional guests spend the night a fee of $200per guest Per night will be added to your credit card.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! The location was perfect close to the slopes and all the amenities we needed. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped, making it a great home base for our trip. the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy ski getaway!

Summary: We have stayed at condos in the Village and at the Westin Monache and this one was better. It exceeded our expectations. The unit was nicely furnished with a homey and inviting feel. It was also a lot more spacious than condos in the Village or at the Westin Monache.It was also very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have any problems at all and everything was in great working condition.The location was great – we could either walk to the Village or jump into the car (parked right there out front). It was clear that Larry and Jean really care about and take care of the unit. It looked like the condo was recently renovated and furnishings replaced often. For example, the TV was big and new, with smart tv functions that allowed us to watch Netflix and HBO in the evenings. Our stay was perfect for skiing and we really had a great time. We rented some equipment at the rental center in the Village and took the Gondola right to Canyon Lodge. it was easier for us to take the Gondola back rather than the ski back trail, but we saw some folks taking it back and it ends only 100 feet from the condo.We will definitely come back!

Summary: Clean and comfortable condo with easy access to Village and Gondola. Didn't need a vehicle during the stay, which was great because it snowed all weekend. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Great trip!

Summary: We always stay at The Village Lodge across the street. This location was fabulous. We just had to cross the street to get to the gondola and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Larry and Jean leave very descriptive information re: their unit. They are also very responsive with questions. We would stay here again!

Summary: I planned a mountain biking and fishing trip to Mammoth with my 11 year old son. Normally my wife and daughter would accompany us, but due to a youth sports commitment they stayed behind this time. We would usually stay in the Juniper Springs area, but I decided to try something different and I am glad I did. We loved Larry and Jean’s condo! My son is already asking when can go back to Mammoth and stay there. It was so convenient to be able to park right in front of the unit to unload/load the car. It is also easy walking distance to restaurant and shopping. We were able to ride our mountain bikes a few blocks to the Mammoth bus, then take the bus to the bike park and when done for the day ride the Downtown trail directly back to the condo. The unit is very comfortable and nicely remodeled with a tastefully island themed bedroom and original artwork. We will for sure add this to our places to stay and booking again in the future!

Summary: This home is in a wonderful location in Mammoth. The proximity to the Village is so close and there was so much to do there. Fireworks on the 3rd, country music festival with line dancing on the 5th and 6th. The home feels perfectly situated in the middle of everything as you can walk to the free shuttle at the Village in less than 5 minutes and it takes you to any part of Mammoth you would like to visit. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to help us eat in when we chose to. The home was spacious enough for 4 adults and clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Owners are also very responsive when questions need answering and they helped a lot with ideas for day trips, hiking, fishing, restaurants, ect.

Summary: Really enjoyed our short stay in mid-April for some spring skiing and boarding. Larry’s and Jean’s condo in Val D’Isere is as advertised … very nicely remodeled unit overall!! We always love staying in that community with its great access to the gondola and restaurants! Will definitely stay there again!!

Summary: Great place to enjoy Mammoth skiing and village. 7 -10 minute walk to the gondola, and the ski-back trail lets you off right by the unit. Adequate supplies, and the toaster oven worked better than most we've used. The humidifier in the bedroom is a nice touch. Could have used a larger cooking pan to make meals for four. Somewhat challenging to get the temperature right; took a couple of days to figure out the combination of the baseboard wall heaters, the fireplace, and the radiant heater in the main room, but got it dialed in eventually. The initial cleaning could have been better, and some of the blankets and towels were a little stained, but we definitely loved our stay here!
