Positive: The room are neat and well-equipped, and the table manner style are as neat as a star hotel. The location is also easy to reach, even though it's tucked away in an alley, but very close to the main road. The host is also kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. 5 stars and a standing ovation for Mo (Duyen Do), the host of Aurellia Apartment. Mo was very quick to respond to chats and provided guidance regarding the local situation and transportation options very clearly, efficiently, and effectively, so we could enjoy a perfectly happy vacation. Thanks a lot Mo, sorry for the late review due to my very busy schedule. Always success to Mo and God bless you.

Positive: My family stayed here for 4 nights. The place feels like a small valley in the forest. It is very different from big resorts. The staff helped us book a car back to Hanoi easily. The swimming pool and shared areas are large and comfortable. There are a few small things to improve. The motorbike for rent is a bit old and more expensive than outside the town. Also, the room could be improved with a few small details. But overall, we were very happy. The place is very quiet and the air is fresh.

At night, we could only hear insects and the wind in the trees, so it was very easy to sleep. The swimming pool was a big plus. The water was cool and the pool was not too crowded. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionists who always helped us when we needed to rent a motorbike or ask for information. The room was comfortable overall, but the soundproofing was not very good if the next room was noisy. The WiFi was also a little weak during busy hours. Even so, our experience was still very positive. The natural surroundings and the kindness of the staff made our trip very memorable.
