Positive: The apartament it's situated near central train station, and near City centre. Ît was clean, great furniture, with all you need, included Coffee,tea, juice or croisants. Valentina the owner was very kind and great. We enjoy very much staing here

Positive: A nice modern appartment with most things you might need. Great as a place to stay while you explore Catania with friends or family.
Negative: Some bed sheets were a bit dirty, a previous guest may have spilled coffee. The tap in the backmost upstairs bathroom had trouble draining.

Positive: Very nice and clean inside, very comfortable beds (including the sofa in the living room), there are 2 bathrooms. The apartment looks like in the photos on booking.com and has all amenities needed for a large family with kids (fridge, microvawe, coffee maker, pots/plates/dishes/glasses and cups) Valentina was very nice and helpful, providing all the information we asked for. It is close to the city center, close to a LIDL store (650 m) where we could buy all we need for breakfast. It is also easy to arrive from the airport (with Alibus (4 EUR per person) up to Piazza Verga bus stop and then approx. 600m on foot
Negative: Not necessarily a minus, but to be mentioned: the 2 bedrooms are upstairs and have no door (still you have privacy) and one of the stairs is not the "most friendly" for older people and small children. Somehow, both these less usual features made our stay an interesting experience :)

Positive: A spacious modern apartment with designer renovation, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, very well maintained and clean. Amazingly hospitable hosts, who left us everything we needed in the kitchen until we found shops and cafes, although there are many cafes and shops nearby. We had a small problem /by the way, it was our fault/, after 10 minutes the owner of the apartment arrived and fixed the problem. The apartment is very close to the center and all the sights of the city, so we did not use transport in the city at all. We will definitely stay there again next time.

Positive: The position, responsiveness of the host and very well appointed with generous coffee biscuits etc. We booked at the last minute as plans to go to Stromboli fell through and the host was great at sorting us at short notice.
Negative: The stairs, both bedrooms upstairs and one staircase was more like a ladder. Would not recommend this booking to anyone with mobility issues.
