Summary: Beautiful and cozy home, great for families with kids. Enough space to accomodate two families of four. The kids loved the double bunk beds since they were all able to sleep in the same room. The color scheme and decor is very cozy and makes you feel like you're at home. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great stay here. The property appeared as it was listed online; clean and well appointed. With two young kids we appreciated how kid friendly this place was. We utilized the pack and play and the high chair and both were clean and in great shape. We enjoyed having fires in the wood burning fireplace and even got to roast a couple marshmallows! The smart TVs gave us instant connectivity to our favorite streaming platforms. All the kitchen appliances were in working order and all the bathrooms and sinks had great water pressure. If I had to give one comment for concern that I would change if possible, it was the use of the microwave. It’s located on top of the refrigerator which is fine for myself being a little taller but for my wife it was a little tricky to access and even trickier when taking out items with hot liquids due to being above our heads. Nothing happened but I guess we would prefer for it to be lower and easier to access if possible. Other than that we have zero complaints. It’s a lovely place to stay and would certainly stay here again if we had the chance.

Summary: Stayed for 4 days while we prepared and hosted a charity golf event at Crystal Springs . Perfect place to spread out and work . Wi-Fi was perfect. A little issue at the guard gate. Finally talked to someone who gave us a visitor pass so we didn’t have to check in every time we passed through!. Beds were great. Shower / tub needs a little extra cleaning . All in all a great stay.

Summary: Our overall stay at this property was very nice and comfortable. Enough space for everyone. The location was perfect and was only 10 mins from my nieces wedding at Ballyowen Golf Course. Exchanges with manager was prompt and excellent. I would recommend!!

Summary: The home is spotlessly clean, beautiful, and set up perfectly for a weekend away for couples or a group of friends. We all felt extremely comfortable and safe staying here for my sister-in-law’s bachelorette party weekend! It’s so clearly obvious the owners take pride in their home and sharing it with others. We made so many great memories together and loved the easy access to the hotel spa and Warwick, NY for dining and activities!

Summary: Everything about this property met all of our needs for a Spartan weekend. Plenty of room to sleep all 8 of us even though there were no couples in the group. We brought an air mattress and one slept on the couch that he said was more than comfortable. Communicating with the host was very easy and she was quick to respond in a hour or less. Only issue we had is it is a gated community and the email with all the rental information said it had parking at the residence for up to 4 vehicles, but the gate said that there is only parking at the residence for 2 vehicles. They did allow us day passes for the other vehicles so they could unload their luggage. Then they had to park at front of property for overnight. May want to double check with owner once you get contact information if that is a issue for you.
