This extremely beautiful and spaciuos three-room apartment lies on a rise near Cefalù, surrounded from the appealing, mediterranean nature. Ideal for guests,who prefer the elevated situation for the cooler air in summer and for the people who like to undertake traveling tours directly from their apartment . The sandy beach of cefalù is to 5 kilometers of distance. From the big terrace you have a wonderful look on Cefalù and with clear view also on the Lipari islands. A big garden surrounds the duplex. The owner lives in the ground floor, he speaks fluently german and if you have some requests he will be always to your disposition.
The villa is surrounded from a garden with palms, olives, and much green. You can relax marvelously on the big terrace and can enjoy the beautiful gaze on that occasion on the gulf of Cefalù or into the hilly surroundings. Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay in Cefalu. You will need a car. It is beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. Communication is top notch and I cannot recommend it more highly.

Summary: The property is immaculate. Well kept, clean and overall has all the necessities for a great stay. The owners were very cordial and inviting , very helpful. If you love tranquility and beautiful scenery , this is a great place to stay. We spent only 3 days in September but enjoyed every minute of it. Recommend it to anyone, you will not be dissappointed.

Summary: Excellent facilities with wonderful views. We spent lots of time lazing around the pool, which has loungers as well as table and chairs in the shade. Kitchen well equipped as well as a BBQ outside. Drive to the property is along twisting narrow roads, but worth it to be away from the bustle of nearby Cefalu. Rita and Pina perfect hosts - there if you need them, but not intrusive- we loved their homegrown tomatoes and peppers they brought to us , somewhere I would recommend and visit again

Summary: Fantastic villa with a beautiful pool and great views over Cefalu. Set in gorgeous gardens. Town is 15 minutes away by car but the drive is via narrow windy roads with steep drops to the side in places. Having said that it was not a problem as there is plenty of parking in Cefalu and we took turns driving and you can always have a drink back at the villa as the patio and the pool area are lovely to sit out on. Villa offers everything you could possibly need and Rita and Pino are extremely friendly and are on hand if you need them. Word of warning: bring insect reppellent as there are a lot of mosquitoes. Air conditioning in bedrooms only, but very efficient. Would definitely recommend this villa. Cefalu very beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants.

Summary: I don't think we've ever stayed in a better place in Europe. Spectacular view over Cefalu and the sea; beautiful apartment, which was immaculate and spacious; helpful hosts; and a gorgeous swimming pool. Strongly recommend it.

Summary: The property was fantastic, meet and exceeded every expectionship. It was spotless. the grounds were beatiful, the pool was keep very clean, nice to lounge around the pool and have a pre-dinner drink The view was spectular. The owners who live below were very gracious and helpful. They did everything to assure that we would enjoy not only Cefalu but, our time in there house. I would definetly recomend this property for anyone who wants a wonderful time in Cefalu

Summary: We spent 10 days here at the end of July and really should have stayed longer!! Paradise it most certainly is, with truly stunning views of Cefalu and its beautiful coastline from an ample and attractive pool area where we enjoyed the hot Sicilian sun. The spacious villa has a large terrace area with equally beautiful views where all meals can be enjoyed, although there is a lovely shaded area with a table and seating pool side, should you want to stay by the pool. The pool area is accessed from the villa along a pretty footpath a few steps from the villa itself. The pool is a good size and was very clean and well maintained during our stay. The kitchen has a good sized fridge freezer and stove area with ample cooking utensils for those who like to cook themselves. The villa is located in the pretty hills above Cefalu and is roughly a ten to fifteen minute drive away. Although there are taxis available I would recommend car hire. There are a choice of supermarkets nearby, the nearest on the road into Cefalu, and the town has a wealth of good quality restaurants to choose from. The hosts are on hand to help you if required and this really is a superb place to unwind and enjoy what Cefalu has to offer. Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: On a hilltop overlooking the picturesque and interesting old beach town of Cefalu, this excellent accommodation is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable for four people. A car is required, and there is off-road parking directly in front of the unit. The large patio offers stunning views of Cefalu and the sea, and one can eat or read at the large table while gazing at the scenery. The kitchen is small but functional. Bedrooms are sparely furnished but comfortable with supportive beds. Bathrooms are fully equipped. English-language TV offerings are limited to CNN, CNBC, and BBC. Owners live below and are very friendly - available but not intrusive. We were apparently their first guests from the U.S., but they would welcome more. Their English facility is sufficient, but they prefer Italian or German. Cefalu, about 15 minutes away by car, is an old, quaint, interesting beach town with good shopping, sightseeing, and many decent restaurants overlooking the sea. Cefalu is just off the autostrada and has good train service to many Sicilian locations, with frequent service to Palermo. This is a wonderful accommodation in a great location.

Summary: During my 18 days' trip, it’s the best apartment in Italy. I stayed there from 18th to 20th of May 2010. The apartment is comfortable, clean, stylish, well equipped (provided all you need) The location is good, silent, peace. Drive 15 minutes to the town centre with supermarket. Very convenience. The hilltop view is excellent. The swimming pool is clean. The holder family is nice and helpful. They can speak English. They live near the villa and provide in need of help. When our friend was locked inside the toilet and we have no idea how to bring her out except broken the door. Of course we didn't do it. We ask the holder family for help. Even though they failed to open the door too, they climb out the window and save her in. More, they also help to waxing our damage car. It's an impressive journey to us and really indescribable!
