The apartment is equipped with rooms fully furnished and decorated. It has an entrance that introduces you into an open-space with large windows from which you can admire a splendid panorama of the coast, the town and the Rock of Cefalù. On clear days the Aeolian Islands are clearly visible. Equipped with a living room-kitchen with majolica-style majolica, with sofa bed and pouf, 2 Tvs and Wifi, includes a part of the sleeping area with a mezzanine with double bed and underfloor cabinets. Adjacent, a first bathroom with shower complete with services. In an adjacent room but bordered by a retractable door, another double bed overlooking the pool, and a small room with a bunk bed. This reality is served by a second full bath services, hydromassage shower equipped with radio. Next to the bathroom there is a space dedicated to ironing with iron and ironing board. The rooms are served by air conditioners and, for the winter, by a pellet stove.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home while in Cefalu. The view of the city are incredible and it is a 3-5 minute drive to the city center.

Summary: We had a wonderful 10 days at Villa Agape with my wife and two children (7 & 9yrs) and my the grandparents. The apartments have everything that you need and Christian and Francesco are very welcoming and helpful. We took the larger apartment and one of the studios. We didn’t realise until we got there that the larger apartment is below the pool and terrace and also the bunk bed room is part of the main bedroom both of which were not a problem but just not clear from the description or photos. The view and sunsets were simply amazing every evening and the local town and beaches beautiful.

Summary: We were so lucky to get to stay at this wonderful apartment overlooking the sea. Perfectly appointed for our family with many beds and stocked kitchen with beautiful gifts from this loving family. Nearby are amazing restaurants and car park and jumping off point to the Egadi islands. We were able to take our kids to the nearby playground and eat local foods all in walking distance. We definitely plan to return!

Summary: This property is lovely! The views are spectacular and the pool is divine. The kitchen is nicely appointed, they had a cold liter of water in the fridge, coffee stocked, and morning snacks waiting for us. Walking in you may not think much but this place quickly became our vacation home! It’s small but efficient, we loved two bathrooms and to spread out sleeping in three areas. In unit laundry…important! Cristian was attentive, kind, and did a great job. He’s an excellent property manager! The language barrier was difficult however Translate was helpful when he remembered to use it but often he spoke Italian to us like we understood the language. Things to be aware of: 1) If you drive, the hill is not for the faint of heart. I made it up the first time and was happy I did because lugging our bags from the bottom wasn’t an option for us. Be brave and you’ll do fine. Also, reserve a manual car if possible. 2). There’s a construction site below the property. This is not a deal breaker but I would have liked to have known. It was noisy and a bit dusty at times so keep the windows closed during those hours. 3). There’s a musky odor in the house. It was stronger when we first walked in but we got used to it. It’s obvious this property is cared for and it was truly a lovely stay. The pool is the bomb!!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Agape. Cristian, the property manager was so helpful and gracious. This space was perfect for our family of 4 and is set away from the down with beautiful views of the coast. Once we got used to the parking (narrow cars recommended or park down the hill) all was good. The house was clean and lovely. The pool was cool and refreshing and my 12 year old loved that you could see into the master bedroom from the pool. Very Cool. I highly recoomend this location for exploring Cefalu, the surrounding towns and even day trips into the mountains and vineyards. Also the roof/pool area had perfect sunset views. We hope to be back one day soon!

Summary: We loved the place. It was perfect for our family of four, Two teenagers and two adults. We used the pool everyday after spending time at the beach. The walk to the beach is about 25-30 minutes down hill and uphill. The walk back is great exercise or you could use a cab to get you back. The restaurant’s in town were plentiful. We had a great time, and if we came back, we would try to book the same place, because the views were excellent, the pool was perfect, and the hosts were helpful, welcoming, and available.

Summary: We had a very nice time at Villa Agape onfortunaly the add says the swimmingpool is private but this is not the case agency says than it have to say exclusive,the owner is more than friendly and helpfull apart from the miscommunication regarding the pool we had a very pleasant stay

Summary: Villa Agape was a little piece of heaven! The pool was fantastic and kept really clean whilst the view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially to sit and watch the sunset. The villa itself was comfortable and clean and whilst it could benefit from being updated a little, our stay at Villa Agape was a wonderful start to our holiday. Many thanks.

Summary: We could not have been happier to arrive on our first day in Cefalu after a 35 hour travel day to Villa Agape. Francesco was thoughtful, polite, and over the top helpful in every way. The villa was clean and comfortable and the private pool was just what we needed to relax and unwind from our travels. The fridge was stocked and the house was inviting. Francesco and the drivers made our trip easy and accommodating. Our trip was even better knowing Francesco. I would highly recommend this place and we will come back.
