Positive: Logan and John were excellent hosts. John even carried my suitcase up and down the stairs for me. The duplex was adorable and tastefully decorated. There's a front porch and a balcony off the second bedroom with a gas fire pit. Very relaxing.
Negative: The only thing I really didn't like was the steep stairs, but that was mostly because after falling at the Richmond Raceway it was painful getting up and down the stairs.

Negative: Unit is on the second floor which is fine but the stairs are steep in case that might be an issue for some.

Positive: The beds were comfy, the location was great, we were able to walk into Shockoe Bottom but there is also a bus service close by. Communication with both Logan and John was excellent.
