Summary: This unit is basically a new one-bedroom second-floor apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped. Security is great (must enter the locked courtyard before the front door). The location is great for Church Hill; otherwise you will have a short drive to downtown Richmond.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on.

Summary: This location is wonderful. You can walk to many restaurants and other activities. The apartment is wonderful, so clean, spacious. The inner courtyard is very relaxing. Thank you for providing a home away from home.
