Positive: My husband & I were looking for a quiet, tranquil place, away from the crowd, immersed nature & with food so good that we wouldn’t have to go to Ubud for the week we planned to stay. Viceroy ticked all the boxes & more! We stayed in the Elephant Villa which was particularly stunning as it overlooked the valley with the river below. Everything was fantastic & smooth beginning from the time of making the booking, the welcome received in reception on arrival, the wonderful staff at the beautiful Cascade‘s restaurant & the immaculate housekeeping staff. We enjoyed every single meal at Cascades restaurant during our stay. Additional plus point is that their barista makes excellent a fantastic cuppa! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made us feel welcomed & were very accommodating, especially Puttu, Shanti, Gung & all those who attended to us
