Negative: Difficulties with using gas range stove. One loose knob made it impossible to turn the griller and fan off. Needs immediate repair.
Summary: Relaxing and comfortable. My siblings and I really enjoyed it.

Positive: Place was clean and comfy. Games were fun. Location very close to the hot springs and beach. Light and bright kitchen, lounge and main bedroom. Good number of heating appliances.
Negative: I think a $1000 security deposit is excessive and over a week later I'm still waiting on the refund. Struggled to get the keys out of the security box. Bedrooms on the ground floor were dark and cold. Oven was very smoky, had to open windows and noticed there were no smoke alarms. Power socket in one of the bedrooms was sticking out of the wall and unsafe to use. There were no other outlets in the room so we had to use an extension from another room to run the heater. The fire pit was full of water and hence unusable. The ground outdoor furniture had been blown all over the deck and was wet/full of water. Asked for a later check out on Sunday and even though there was no booking, was told it would be an additional $65. Late standard check in of 4pm is also unfair. The property is $737 per night to have it for 18 hours (4pm to 10am) and charged an additional $25 for firewood (which we couldn't use). Overall I don't think it was value for money...too expensive.
