Positive: Beautifully renovated mountain vila combining old charm and modern tidyness, with welcoming kind hosts and fantastic landscapes! Totally wortg a visit.

Negative: Uneducated guests of the surrounding vilas might upset you with gipsy music until late in the night. The level of common sense of typical Romanian tourists is below ground...

Positive: Everything was perfect. The property owners are extremely nice, and even if we didn't give an ETA, we were heard approaching the place and were met as we were getting ready to park our vehicles. (2 separate bookings). We've received a tour of the place, and even though we're the somewhat independent type, we were offered help with everything we wanted to do. Do not mistake that for nosiness or the host not wanting you to touch stuff, if you're from outside this general area, this is the peak of hospitality specific for these places. The things you can do here are basically countless, hiking, cycling, just sightseeing, just grilling some meat, just going for a ride on the local roads, whatever you want. Our case was hiking and taking our means of transportation for a quick run through Cheile Bicazului. For hiking, you're in the best spot for it. Go up the road for not more than 150m or something, and you'll find the information center for Ceahlău national park. From there, after being explained you can follow a few trails or go get lost in the woods and make your hike even more fun. The breakfast may seem modest on paper, but it is exactly what you need, all the good stuff without making you feel bloated. The bathroom is clean, even has shower gel in case you forgot yours, most of the items I saw in there were new, as in never used, in original packaging, so there's no doubt everything is well looked after. The beds are really comfortable and the sheets felt really nice, you also get a place to hang your clothes, which perfectly suited my way of preparing outfits for different activities right after arriving. The property is sorrounded by mountains and hills and you're guaranteed a nice view regardless of the room you get. Long story short, I'll be keeping an eye out for this place again until I get tired of Ceahlau, which is absolutely huge, definitely coming back a few times more.

Negative: I had to go home, I honestly didn't want to go home after staying here.

Summary: Too good to miss out on, I'll be back.
