Summary: We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 6, and 11). We were delighted when we arrived to be greeted by the caretaker, Jeni, who brought us to see her pet parrots and parakeets. Our kids loved being to hold the birds! In addition, they had two puppies that our kids got to play with.Location is fantastic, on a deserted beach where you can boogie board (boards provided) in the sunset. The pool was clean, and great for swimming.The AC in one of the rooms didn't work the first night, but was promptly fixed the next morning. Communication with host was seamless and quick via WhatsApp

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed for 4 days. The home was clean and perfect for a family. Communication with the host and on site manager was easy and convenient. The beach and pool were beautiful. Restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance. I would love to return.

Summary: Two families of four that stay for a week. The house has everything and more what we expected. The house has everything you will need for a week. We prepared many meals buying food from local stores. We also walked to two separate restaurants for dinner. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a definite plus. Great view of ocean. Pool is also refreshing. Yeni and Mendoza (onsite house caretakers) went above and beyond. They gave us options to buy fish and lobsters for dinner. They also made an amazing authentic last day lunch before we checked out. The owner was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to go back.

Summary: The beach and pool were wonderful. Lots of beach towels and water/sand you got the kids. The house was a bit rustic but worked for us. The trash situation was a bit confusing. Organic waste container in kitchen and toilet paper cans in bathrooms but no regular containers for trash. There were a couple cans outside but no bags in them so not sure if we should use them The owner was helpful via text but onsite manager only spoke Spanish so instructions and questions were difficult. However she was always kind and pleasant. Wish that I could give this review 4 1/2 stars

Summary: We loved staying here! You are close to good restaurants and stores, but the home feels secluded. The beach is often empty and it's just beautiful. The property owner and managers are wonderful! Will stay here again!

Summary: We loved our time at Villa CocoSol! Our family of six stayed at this property for 3 weeks and we all had so much fun. The beach is just steps away with perfect waves for surfing or boogie boarding. The sand is soft and the beach is clean. We slept so well with plenty of space for everyone and A/C in all of the bedrooms keeping it nice and cool. Esterillos Oeste is the cutest little beach town with all of the amenities you need (restaurants, grocery store etc.) but off the beaten path and away from the crowds. We did multiple day trips to amazing places, Manuel Antonio national park, Nauyaca Waterfall, monkey tours, etc. The property managers there are so incredibly kind and helpful with anything you may need. They both went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable giving us local tips and even bringing us fresh exotic fruit and fish. We feel like we found the perfect place! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay at Villa Cocosol. The house was in a great location close to Emanuel Antonio, zip lining, monkey mangroves and hiking/waterfalls. The house, grounds, pool and beach were great. There were red macaws in the trees outside the house. The caretakers were very helpful that lived on the property. They addressed any needs we had. The owner was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!
