Villa Dolcevita by KlabHouse is a luxurious Caribbean colonial-style villa equipped with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and a stunning sea view.
The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 people and is built on 3 floors. It consists of 7 bedrooms (5 doubles and 2 twins) all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, private balconies and sea view.
The Villa is located in a quiet area on the cliffs of Turtle Bay, 15 minutes' drive from English Harbour.
Designed by an Italian architect in a contemporary Art Deco style, it boasts a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Harbour. Thanks to its position you can admire the island's famous regattas and is suitable for hosting crews and families.
At sunset from the large terraces surrounding the villa you can admire breathtaking views thanks to Monserrat island, Redonda island and Guadeloupe island on the horizon.
The property is stocked with personal service dedicated to the daily cleaning, the laundry room and the concierge service. For an additional charge, to be agreed on the spot, you get a private chef.
The villa is situated 15 minutes drive from Pijeon Beach and the famous Falmounth and English Harbour, always crowded with luxurious yachts, where there are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and any type of shops. the international airport is situated 45 km from the Villa.
The villa on 3 levels can host up to 14 guests and consists of:
-The main level on the cliff top has a large living room, a lovely veranda with views, overflow pool and a dining area with adjoining kitchen.
A stone path from the back porch leads to a private gym with small terrace and hot tub.
-At the first level down there are a master bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a double room with twin beds.
-The second lower level there are 2 double bedrooms + 1 double room with twin beds.
-On the lower level there is a double bedroom
-Outdoor-area of 350 square meters

Summary: WOW. That's what I first said when I walked in the door. This property is simply stunning. The pictures of the house, rooms and view are absolutely accurate and in the case of the views, there's so much more to see. It's truly breathtaking. We traveled with 8 friends from the US for 8 days and enjoyed every one of them. The housekeeper was SO TERRIFIC! She helped us at every need and was so very kind. We could not have had so much fun without her there. Simply put, this is one of the special places on the island to stay and it's worth every penny.

Summary: This past June 2021 we stayed at Villa Dolcevita in Antigua. It was a memorable multifamily trip with eight people ranging from 19 to 81. Words can’t really describe how beautiful and expansive this villa is and the view is unparalleled. We felt like we had an entire boutique hotel to ourselves! Each of us had our own room/ensuite/balcony and we had rooms to spare! The sea-view showers are amazing. The rooms have great A/C and ceiling fans, which were very welcomed at night. We spent most of the time on one of the many outdoor spaces. The living area is completely open, and we so enjoyed the Caribbean breezes blowing through the space. We were in Antigua for 10 days and had dedicated “villa” days, where we just stayed home to enjoy the amenities. Federika, the house assistant, was kind and helpful and really made our stay so much nicer. The home is quirky, which adds to its charm. One note to anyone visiting is most of the house is set up with European plugs, which is unusual for Antigua. Antigua uses North American 110 outlets. I would just recommend that you take a bunch of converters when you go. While there were a few on hand at the villa, it would have been more convenient to us to have a few more packed. Overall, it was a most wonderful stay and we highly recommend Villa Dolcevita.

Summary: This is an absolutely lovely property with a beautiful view in every direction. As beautiful as the pictures you see are, it is actually even better in real life. The common areas were very comfortable and spacious and were a perfect place for a group of friends to hang out in the evening and have great conversation over drinks and snacks. Fredericka made everything so easy and smooth. We have so many happy lifelong memories from our time here and we are very grateful for the opportunity to visit and would come back again in a heartbeat.
