Villa Duma is a modern 4 bedroom villa with private pool and jacuzzi. (Both of which can be heated for an additional charge - Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week. Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week).
The villa has Internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Accessed by steps, the villa comprises of fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and separate laundry room with the washing machine.
The spacious living / dining area accesses the pool and terraces and has sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms.
Stairs access the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with large double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over). These bedrooms share a large terrace which has stairs accessing the ground floor terrace/pool area.
Externally there is off-street parking, private swimming pool, private jacuzzi and gardens.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 10 minutes walk and a golf course just 2 minutes walk.
Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away.
The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins. Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 2 minutes walk from the house.
There are several water parks close by as is the excellent Zoo Marine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 25 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.
The overall feeling within the gates of Vila Duma is one of tranquility and peace.
All facilities of Villa Duma, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only
Airport transfers can be arranged by owner (costs apply).
Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.
Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week.

Summary: The property was perfect for an off season winter stay with family. We heated the jacuzzi/small pool outside and it was used almost daily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and gave the family a very relaxing stay. The kitchen and living room were easy to use and clean. Managers (Miguel and team) were kind, thorough, gracious and available. Fees were very clear - not hidden - something we appreciated. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises. Greatly recommended. Thank you.

Summary: Immaculate spacious holiday home in a peaceful private location, 10 minute walk from beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect winter escape for a family group 18 adults. Heated pool and Jacuzzi got plenty of use. Check-in process with Miguel was seamless & informative and the presentation of the property was first-class. No issues during stay. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The villa was fantastic. Everything we needed for a great family holiday. Our grandchildren loved the pool, which was always lovely and warm. Very clean, comfortable with all mod cons. Simply could not fault this villa. We also used ´Tripsduma´, their own ´taxi´ service. Adriana was wonderful. Returning in October and probably next year too.

Summary: We stayed at villa Duma for a week as a mixed family group . The villa is immaculate, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday . Swimming pool was lovely as was the hot tub. Villa Duma is well positioned for local supermarket, beaches, restaurants and bars which are easily walkable to . Commincation with the management company was excellent, Sara responded to any queries very promptly. We would recommend this property

Summary: We spent a week in this fabulous villa with family and friends. Airport transfers were arranged through the villa management very easily. Miguel showed us around when we arrived and was contactable all week to arrange transport to Albufeira and for any queries we may have. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area but there are restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk and a supermarket about 10/15 mins walk. The walk to the beach was around 20 mins. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.the photos dont do it justice. Electric shutters on all windows guaranteed a good nights sleep. Lovely pool area with a jacuzzi big enough for everyone. We enjoyed every minute and if we travel together as a group again will definitely book again.Big thanks to Miguel for all his help during our stay.

Summary: We had a fabulous time, staying at Duma, the pool was amazing. The team were very helpful, very accommodating. Very clean. It would be very helpful to have a rail on the jacuzzi. It is quite difficult to get out of the jacuzzi, especially with a disability and an elderly person.
