Enjoy the natural surroundings of the Gulf of Mexico on a very quiet beach with all the amenities one would desire including custom made furniture throughout the home . If you enjoy cooking there is a gourmet cooks kitchen to play in. Every room in the house faces the water with floor to ceiling glass and balconies. It gets better with a totally private rooftop deck where you can lounge, enjoy cocktails or eat meals if desired while having 360 degree views and magnificent sunsets over the water and stargazing at night. The house is equipped with 50 inch HD smart televisions and cable service for programming in both Spanish and English as well as Roku for Netflix, Amazon TV and more.. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as air conditioners in every room but you can also enjoy the natural sea breezes through the screened doors and windows. Other amenities include king size beds , a dual zone wine cooler, propane cooktop and oven, blue tooth music players in the living room and bedrooms, pressurized water, and a triple osmosis water filter system for drinking water and ice. There is fiber optic high speed internet and a telephone landline which can be used to call anywhere in Mexico, the United States and Canada (no charge).
Nearby are restaurants, Mayan ruins, flamingo watching, cenotes, boating and fishing. Golf and tennis can be enjoyed at the Yucatan Country Club & Club de Golf along with their spas. For a change of pace you can drive to Merida to take in its cultural activities , historic buildings, museums, dining , night life and music in the streets.. Truly the best of two worlds. Summary: Amazing home on the beach. A constant ocean breeze goes throughout the house so no a/c was needed. Lots of seaweed but the water was nice and warm. Kitchen is well stocked. Showers are awesome, even the outside shower. Rooftop deck is luxurious! We would definitely return.

Summary: Great property, right on the ocean, easy to visit neighboring towns. Great for swimming, walking and seeing the Mayan ruins. We would definitely return.

Summary: Home is just as pictured on VRBO. Beach and water is even better-just unbelievable. We walked out into the water 120 yards to the sandbars every day and walked for a half mile-it was wonderful. Beautiful breezes. It reached the mid 80s and we never had to turn on the a/c downstairs. Did use it in the bedroom tho. Loved the showers. Every possible appliance/dish you could need in the kitchen.
