Positive: The properly and location were incredible - a perfect place for our family gathering, with great areas for cooking and spending time together and also lots of space to escape for a bit of privacy. It is very well equipped and designed for a large group - every bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom - and the views from the house were unbelievably beautiful. The hosts made check in very easy and gave us some great tips for the surrounding area.

Summary: This is a truly magical place and we would come back again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Beautiful property, decorated with stylish character and all modern conveniences, including air conditioning throughout. Gorgeous pool area and a great location in the Umbrian countryside within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and Assisi.

Positive: This was probably the most amazing villa I have stayed at in Italy. An authentic Italian experience in an idyllic grounds. Not only was the villa amazing but the two resident cats Dolce and Gabbana made the stay even better!

Negative: There was nothing not to like about the actual property as it was perfect! The only complaint about our stay was the mosquitoes - we were all covered in bites! I know the gardener sprays around the house to try and keep them away so that helps a bit. There are lots of citronella candles around and they also help a bit.

Summary: I would have no problem recommending this villa. The house manager Stefania was the most hospitable and friendly person.
