Positive: Been close to most wineries ( walking distance not that far) close to town , quiet with no much traffic noises,
Negative: Property ok ,plenty of room to get around and plenty of outside space probably requires another outside light by the back door (re lockbox) , arrival wine a nice touch ( not one of the best P Noir we have tasted) might try to find a better one to replace that choice, overall good and we enjoyed our stay, thanks
Summary: Very pleased and happy to been there (will book again)

Positive: The location was great and Martinborough was a great place to visit . Will be back.
Negative: As my wife has work as a gardener all her working life the garden was a let down . Also the bathroom is in need of some TLC the shower was terrible. About the garden we find it alot with places it doesn't take alot to keep a place looking great.
Summary: It was clean and tidy and just a few things let it down.
