Both terraces are permeated by a cosy and authentic atmosphere, which you can fully enjoy thanks to the comfortable chill-out area and sunshade provided. You can easily imagine yourself having a glass of wine or delighting with a tasty meal as you take revel in the staggering sea views. The lush vegetation that surrounds the house and accompanies you along the path leading to the private pool is the ultimate charming touch characterising this villa.
The terrace that welcomes the private pool also features some sun loungers and parasols to ensure you make the most of your stay, either while you sunbathe or as you shade from the sun rays. Please note that there are stray cats living on the farm who are used to being on the terrace of the house.

Summary: Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Helena ist sehr gut zu erreichen und super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. Über die Innenroute sind Sie im Handumdrehen am Strand. Oder mit dem Auto, es sei denn, Sie sind gut zu Fuß, weil das Haus hoch ist. Bequeme Betten und ein sehr attraktives Haus. Die Küche braucht wirklich ein Upgrade. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Klimaanlage nur in den Schlafzimmern verfügbar ist. Und dass es Katzen im Haus gibt, nicht drinnen, sondern um das Haus herum, die darum bitten, sie zu füttern. Schöner Urlaubsort, etwas preislich.

Summary: A wonderful house, perfect for families with great outside space. The hillside location is quite a hike into town and beach, but the views are very much worth it. Kitchen and one bathroom are a little dated, but function well and are very much in the character of the property. Pool well maintained and large enough to keep our two teenage boys happy. Lovely hosts who popped in a couple of times to keep pool and grounds maintained. Property is also home to many well behaved cats who keep themselves happy outside ;-)
