Summary: Perfect house for a family of four. No complaints whatsoever. Great quiet location just outside of the downtown area. 5 minute walk to the beach. Amazing ocean views. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the beach toys and snorkeling gear.

Summary: Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Villa Makaira. We enjoyed the walking proximity to the beach and the pool at the house. The house was clean and comfortable. We experienced a power outage (island-wide!) during our stay but the house was equipped with a generator and communication with Rachael was excellent the whole stay. We absolutely would stay again and highly recommend this property!

Summary: Our host, Rachel, was fantastic with communication. Always extremely prompt and provide us any information we needed and solved. Any problem we had. It was a pleasure working with her! The house was perfect for Five Guys around 50 years old in Rincon for a surf trip. It has everything you might need, in the pool was the icing on the cake along with the views.
