Splendid villa, renovated in perfect Liberty style, 300 sq. m., ideal for 15 persons with 7 double bedrooms, a single room with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. The villa is in a large park with a bio-design swimming pool, featuring hydromassage. There is also a furnished veranda for outdoor meals, a large terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating and parking. Ideal for families or groups of close friends.

Villa Marisa is in a large park, mostly lawn, surrounded by large, ancient trees. The unique swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an “8” shape and features hydromassage. It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa. There are several relaxing areas, a covered veranda for outdoor meals, as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside, with outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property, accessible from a slightly uphill road lined with trees.Interior
The villa is soberly furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, and precious fabrics and furniture. The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble siding, furnished with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room. This floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with massaging shower, a room with a second fridge, a washing room with dryer. The living room has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 double bedrooms, one single with sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub and shower. The attic has 3 more double bedrooms, one of which with two beds, a bathroom with shower and two graciously furnished hallways, one with sofas, the other featuring a fireplace. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Summary: The stay was great and relaxing. Robert, our host, was very friendly and always supportive during the stay. Check in and checkout was very uncomplicated. The villa itself is beautiful, clear and has a lot of space. We were 14 people and enjoyed our stay a lot. When we were there, it was unfortunately a little rainy, and we could stay easily also inside the house. When it is warmer it must be very beautiful staying outside close to the pool. The location is very quiet with approx 10 min to the next village, 15 min to a supermarket and 20 min to restaurants - no problem, if you have a car. It is also close and in between Florence and Pisa, so you are quickly in nice places like Florence, Lucca, Pisa or even Sienna. We enjoyed our stay, thank Robert for the nice hosting, and would like to come back ... in summer.

Summary: This beautiful home was perfect with a great pool and amazing views of the country side. The home is conveniently located near Florence and Pisa and the local town of Pistoia was a blast. Our family of 12 fit perfectly! The owner, Roberto, was outstanding. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and he spent time showing us around. I highly recommend this home for your Italy holiday!

Summary: Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villa nel periodo pasquale. Location esclusiva, immersa nel verde, gode di una posizione sopraelevata e collinare. Poco distante da Pistoia e ben fornita di supermercati e servizi nel raggio di qualche km. Rifinita con cura e ben tenuta consente un soggiorno a cinque stelle. Roberto, il proprietario, molto accogliente e cordiale vi farà sentire a casa. La cura del dettaglio è gestita alla perfezione da Roberto, molto legato affettivamente alla villa, e si vede. Piccola ma piacevole la piscina esterna, in ecodesign con idromassaggio. Abbiamo usufruito di tutti gli spazi, graziati anche dalle fantastiche temperature quasi estive, godendo anche degli spazi esterni per il pranzo. Suggestiva la vista dalla torretta di tutta la vallata e di Pistoia. Assolutamente consigliata, ci vai una volta per ritornarci presto. Un caro saluto a Roberto Alessandro

Summary: We had already booked Villa Marisa in 2020 to celebrate a holiday with our children and grandchildren, but because of the corona crisis we could only go there this year. Rebooking was no problem at all. Villa Marisa is a beautiful, very luxurious villa in a quiet area. Really ideal for our purpose (family holiday). The pool at the house was very suitable for both the little ones and the adults. The house was delivered very clean by the friendly owner Mr. Roberto. The bedrooms range from good to very good. Everywhere in the house are places to sit which is very convenient for a large family. The facilities in the house are excellent, but because of the temperature, we mainly made use of the outdoor space, which has something to offer for every age group. The provincial town of Pistoia with a car-free center is a 15-minute drive away. A typical Tuscan town with special buildings, good restaurants and a surprising cultural offer.
