The living room with stunning sea views includes a lounge/TV area with sofa and air conditioning; it leads to the independent kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. On the same level, the sleeping area features a master double bedroom with private bathroom, two twin bedrooms and two additional bathrooms with shower, all air-conditioned. From the living room, access leads to the outdoor seafront area with covered veranda, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue; a second covered veranda with dining table is perfect for al fresco meals. The fenced garden with lawn, separated from the parking area, is ideal for children.

LOCATION AND DISTANCES

The Pittulongu area offers many beachfront kiosks, ideal for enjoying a drink or typical appetizers at sunset. Recommended spots include Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, and Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with local cuisine. Summary: Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Miriam per il secondo anno consecutivo. La villa è in una posizione molto panoramica, con una splendida vista sul mare e sull’isola di Tavolara, poco distante dalla spiaggia di Bados. È una casa confortevole e ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, tv Led, cucina esterna con barbecue) l’unico grande assente: il WI-FI. Se l’anno scorso ho chiuso un occhio su questa mancanza, quest’anno, che ho dovuto lavorare a distanza, mi è pesato molto il Fatto di non avere una dotazione ormai indispensabile nel 2022 e che ci si aspetterebbe in una villa come questa. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza e un ringraziamento particolare va a Cristina e Alessio di Klodge, per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata.
