A sliding glass door leads to the well-kept garden with a green lawn and a covered veranda with a dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious wardrobes for guests' convenience. The accommodation also includes a parking space and a washing machine.

Summary: Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, modern und hochwertig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist mit dem Auto schnell an den schönsten Stränden Sardiniens. Die Einrichtung hingegen ist eher mittelmäßig und etwas herzlos.

Summary: Very clean, well equipped and modern apartment with a beautiful, well maintained shady garden in a quite and safe area. Small beach just down the road and a great restaurant (Trattoria Rossi) nearby. Good starting point to explore the environment. Only the online registration is a bit tricky and not really inviting. Also signing quite a bit of paperwork at the site appeared rather ,formal’. Maybe we were only not used to that sort of professionalized handovers with Airbnb. However, we can highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: Pulizie. Locali molto spaziosi. Cucina attrezzatissima. Arredi completamente nuovi. La dependance del wloft 13 lascia un po' a desiderare rispetto al resto dell'appartamento. Vicino all'ingresso ci sono i motori dei condizionatori non molto belli a vedersi.

Summary: New nice apartment with a terrace that has got special sun shade shutter. Small garden area. Very comfortable beds, large closets and dressers and enough space to store all clothes. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Good air conditioning system in all rooms. Kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook. Calm neighborhood and good location. Energy and water will be charged based on usage. The property management was very helpful, reachable all the time and everything was handled very correctly. Travelled with 2 Families. The shower in the bathroom is tiny, taller people might have a hard time. Walls are not soundproof.

Summary: Loved the ground floor flat 13 with its patio and garden access for breakfast and evening drinks, also nice being located on Pittulongu beach with easy access to the whole of the NE coast. We were not aware from the advertising info that the second double bedded room did not have direct access to the kitchen and lounge area of the apartment.
