Positive: The inside was a pleasant surprise after the somewhat rundown looking outside. The room was clean and surprisingly well supplied. The linens were a good quality and comfortable. The staff was great. The location was ideal for our needs and it was a tremendous benefit to be able to keep our cars there for the day while we took the shuttles.
Negative: The room had a fairly strong disinfectant odor. The air conditioner had an issue but we were able to make it work (and they thanked us for pointing it out so they could fix it). The pillows could use a refresh. Breakfast between 7-9:30 was useless for us.

Positive: This was an excellent motel. Location was great. The staff were super friendly and gave us tips on where to go. There were staff around every morning, cleaning and tidying things up.
Negative: No problems at all. There wasn't anything to not like.
Summary: Perfect stay for our vacation where we were just "winging it".

Positive: The owners,are very nice. We had one of there cabins. They are very nice. The Villa is always clean. This is a great place to stay. Location is just right to go up to Manitou Spring to shop and eat. We would like to thank the young man that helped us at the motel. We where in cabin number 119.
