Cupecoy is one of the most exclusive parts of the Island neighbouring La Samanna Hotel which one of the most beautiful and chic hotels in the Caribbean. In addition, some of the best restaurants and night life is just a few minutes away. The sheltered beach has a series of lovely coves some of which are lined with rock formations and caves. The water is always calm and safe for swimming. In addition there is a great beach bar called Danny’s which is worth a visit.
As you enter Mumbai, you will get an overwhelming sense of being enveloped by the luxury of the property, a wonderful sense of peace and privacy together with the incredible view to the pool and the sea and beach beyond.
Each of the three bedrooms features a King sized bed or Twin beds with beautiful en suite marble bathrooms and oversized showers that are the last work in luxury. The master suite has French doors that slide right open and lead directly onto a balcony with spectacular views of the turquoise sea.
The exquisite furnishings successfully combine the contemporary design of the building with local island atmosphere. We call it “Island Contemporary”. The light limestone floors, granite counters and beautiful marble blend well with the selection modern furniture. The open plan kitchen which is also extremely modern has all the conveniences for those who wish to cook.
The covered terrace is stunning and overlooks the pool. It has a lovely dining area and very comfortable sitting.

Summary: Great villa, location was even better. We were very close to the Blue mall Shopping Centre. There was a grocery store across the road. Loved everything but the beach was very rocky. Niamh from Exceptional Villas did tel us in advance which we appreciated. We would definitely for back again.

Summary: I am just back from a week at villa Mumbai and it was fantastic. We usually always stay at the cliff but we decided to stay at Mumbai as we had friends stay here recently who said they wouldnt stay anywhere else so of course we had to check it out. Well they were right- it was the best trip I have had on the island so far. The villa itself is gorgeous – so modern and the views are only wow. The beach right in front isnt the best – I heard it can depend on the weather so there was hardly any sand while we were there but we walked to the main cupecoy beach and swam there most days. The Blue Mall shopping center was also walking distance from the villa which was awsome as me an my girls love a bit of shopping. We will be booking Mumbai next year again.
