Positive: Very good location. Beautiful property and decor. The restaurant was very good, and really the only one in the area with a varied menu. The hot pool was very nice.

Negative: The only negative was that there is a beautiful 20 metre swimming pool in the center of the property, which is unheated, and far too cold to use. I saw one other person go in and quickly get out. It would have been so nice to be able to swim laps while we were there for 6 days, but it’s really too cold! Everyone uses the hot pool, but it’s not meant for swimming.

Positive: Lovely hotel, very well-kept gardens. The size of the building is just perfect and feels very intimate! The restaurant is beautiful! We had the most impressive view of the lake (suite 51).

Negative: There are no windows that can open (only the door to the balcony) and no air conditioning. Ask for a fan. Most of the day and night there is a smell of smoke (it seems like the hotel is next to a dumpster that is being burned). Obviously not the hotel's fault.
